We want you to be very satisfied with our printing! If you are not happy with the work we do, we will make it right. It's that simple. Please realize that monitor calibration varies widely, and it is impossible for us to run all jobs to match what different clients see on their monitors. We run to uniform ink levels and a "pleasing color" standard that is based on PMS colors and CMYK screen densities listed in your file. We will complete your project in accordance with industry-wide trade standards for color and registration. If you find an error that we created, or any other manufacturing defect, simply contact us for return instructions. When we receive your job back, we will reprint it at no cost to you, from your original file. This guarantee does not cover customer errors like incorrect copy or poor photography, so be sure to check your proof carefully. You can be assured that we want your job to look its very best!

Terms and Conditions
In some cases, at the discresion of Bryton Printing Inc., we will refund payment rather than reprint an order.

This guarantee is limited to reprint of the original order quantity or refund of the purchase price of the order. We are not responsible for any additional damages or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving printed materials that are defective, incomplete or late. This includes lateness caused by third party shipping.

Cancellation and Correction Fee Policies
You may cancel your order anytime prior to approving your proof. Once you approve your proof, your card will be charged for the total of the order cost. If you find problems with your proof, you can send us a corrected file for a $40 fee. There is no charge for corrections made as a result of any errors we introduced in preparing your proof.

Submitted Content
You agree to not use our Site to send, upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that violates any applicable federal or state laws. We do not control the Content posted by Customers and we do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the Content.

You acknowledge that we shall have the right to refuse to print any Content that may be obscene or objectionable. You further acknowledge that we may disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal actions or claims, or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of our business, our customers and the public.

When you, or someone on your behalf, order a print item under your account, you grant us the license to access and store the digital files for use in processing print orders. You agree that we have no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any Content transmitted to our Site. We may also from time to time include customers' printed pieces as samples of our products on our website or in our sample packet. You agree to grant us permission to display or mail samples of your piece(s) unless you specifically request that we do not include them in our samples.

Privacy Policy and Credit Card Information
No information we collect for order processing is shared with any other company or website. Your information is only used to contact you when necessary, or to provide news, special offers or invitations to participate in customer surveys or testimonials. You may opt-out of receiving non-order related communications by emailing Bryton Printing Inc. at bryton2@pacbell.net.

Credit Card information is only used to bill you for products and services ordered.
